I have now sold my condo (for $30K above list!), and bought a single family house using their services, and I cannot adequately express how happy I am and how amazing they both are, they go above and beyond, and I freely admit that when I was looking for a house I had a wish list that made life difficult for them, but they found me a house that checked every single item off that list, which I thought was an impossible ask. Mimy and John were amazing! There are so many examples of where they went above and beyond, but the one that sticks out the most is Mimy fixing scratches on the floor after we closed. Let me say that again....AFTER we closed. I've moved so many times in my career and I have never experienced anyone with this level of dedication.
