Mimy Von Schreiner and Kate Del Gatto, what a team! We listed my mother’s home in Bonita Bay with these two and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This house was filled with great memories for our family, so we had mixed emotions about our decision to sell. Mimy and Kate never lost sight of that. They were there from the beginning as we started to pack things up and stage the house to sell. What should stay to show off the beauty of this home? What should go to eliminate clutter? We returned to Michigan and left our mother’s Florida home in the competent hands of these two incredible women. We were confident it would be taken care of and always ready to show at its very best.
